Scheduled an appointment with ease. The most thorough diagnostics on my Honda Accord I have ever had. Gary sent photos of areas of mechanical and safety concerns to my phone. For me, "seeing is believing". The pictures helped me to understand the technical terminology on the diagnostic report. As always professional.polite and respectful. They find the problem and explain what should be done and fix it. Unlike the dealers were I feel like they are trying to win the build-up the bill award for the month. One time I went to a dealer and needed new tires plus regular service. The next time I drop off the car and get a call--"You need new tires -- these are shot." That's when I found Gary.
